'Cause honey I got nothing to lose

So, dating's hard. 

Forget having to choose an awkward proof conversation friendly venue for that date and then what the heck you're going to talk about [oh and wear], you have to find a date first.

Being set up by mutual friends is great. Until it doesn't work out. 

Re-connecting with high school or hometown crushes is great too. Until it doesn't work out.

And then you get a Tinder. Because I'm wayyy too young for Match.com right?

Okay, so back to the actual date. 

It goes great [in your opinion], he hints about hanging out again, you decide it's safe to tell your mom you went on a date. 

And now you wait and see if he ever texts you again.

So, dating's hard. 

Oh, and then you have that thing called real life going on too.

Work, deadline week, weddings, half marathons you have sucked at training for.

I have a really great quote hanging in my office, handwritten, nothing fancy.

Sometimes I forget the meaning of the words and just see the cute stationary it's on.

I thought I 'd share it and maybe it can inspire some of you too.

I'm not saying pull a JLo in The Wedding Planner but remember where you are in this stage of life.

We are all still SO young, so work your butt off and don't apologize for it.
