Oh yes, oh yes!

Now I know Klout is somewhat controversial in the social media realm [geek alert], but I for one am not going to argue with an algorythm that sends me free things to try simply because I tweet my white girl problems. Let's see, so far I've gotten McDonald's gift cards, Lean Cuisine vouchers, free business cards, and now Herbal Essences' new body wash. I hate to say it but, Dove you have been bounced from my shower rack.

 

It's a process to claim a Klout perk [not gonna lie]. You have to like or visit the brand's page, sometimes share via Twitter or FB you claimed a perk, and in this case so some product research to pick which scent you want. But let me tell you, it was worth it! Not only did I get my first pick for my body wash of choice but my second one as well along with a Wal-Mart gift card to get the full size body wash of my choice. So instead of simply tweeting how awsome Herbal Essences is, I wanted to give them a Pekarsk-ing Around gold star. If you haven't stopped in the body wash isle to check these new addtions out, you should. The Hello Hydration is my favorite but all three smell amazing!

 

 

 

So a big thank you and shout out to Herbal Essences and my tried and true Klout.

Now how about some Steelers tickets? I'm sure they'd be easy to give away at this point!
